APOLO DOOEL Skopje does not guarantee that the ordered product is in stock. Orders are processed every working day from 08:00 to 16:00. If at the moment of processing the order the ordered product is not in stock, APOLO DOOEL is obliged to inform you within 7 (seven) working days about its unavailability.
The courier service picks up the shipments from the warehouse of APOLO DOOEL every working day from Monday to Friday from 8-15 h, with the usual delivery time at your address of 24h. on the territory of the city of Skopje, while for addresses in the interior, the usual deadline is 48h. If the pick-up is on a Friday or before a holiday, delivery usually takes one or two business days. For the delivery to be successful you need to be present at the address indicated for delivery.
Only if there is a problem with the availability of the products, or about products on request, our operator will contact you within one to two working days. If the order is made on Friday after 12 o'clock, weekend or during holidays, the operator will contact you at the beginning of the next working week.
12. Right to reclamation
When the ordered product is delivered to you, you are obliged to immediately review it to determine if the product corresponds to your order.
If the delivered product does not correspond to the ordered product in terms of description, code, quantity or for other reasons deviates from the ordered product, then you have the right to request a replacement for the delivered product within 5 days from the day of sale.

APOLO DOOEL undertakes to inform you if there is such a product for sale within a period that can not be longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
In the event of a refund, they will be refunded to the transaction account specified in the Replacement Request, or to the manner in which the original payment was made.
13. Delivery of defective product
When the ordered product is delivered to you, you are obliged to inspect it immediately to determine if there are certain defects of the delivered product.

- the presentation of the product, its markings, labeling, instructions for use, disposal, and any other markings or information given on the product;
- categories of consumers, especially children and the elderly who are at risk when using the product.
The consumer to whom a defective product has been sold has the right to request:
- free removal of product defects or reimbursement of costs incurred to eliminate the defect;
- proportional reduction of the selling price;
- replacement of the product with an appropriate product with the same trademark, type, industrial design or designation of origin and geographical indication of the product;
- replacement of the product with an appropriate product with another trademark, type, industrial design or designation of origin and geographical indication of the product with appropriate reduction or increase in production price;
- termination of the contract, refund of the paid amount and compensation for the suffered damage.
The consumer has no right to terminate the contract if the damage of the product is minimal.
In order to exercise the rights listed above, the consumer is obliged to submit an appropriate letter. APOLO DOOEL is obliged to receive the product with defect from the consumer and to satisfy his requests, unless he proves that the defects of the product occurred due to violation of the rules of use and storage by the consumer, third parties or force majeure. The consumer has the right to attend the quality check of the product.
In the event of a refund, the consumer will be refunded to the transaction account specified in the relevant Request, or to the manner in which the original payment was made.

APOLO DOOEL has no insight into the number, date, validity, and security code of your payment card for the entire duration of the transaction, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account. The data is entered on the web portal of the processing center that processes online payment transactions. When paying by card online, the entry of the card data is done on the protected page of the bank, NLB Banka AD Skopje, whereby APOLO DOOEL does not have access to the data on your payment card at any moment. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently as the most modern technology. The security of the data at the time of purchase is guaranteed by the processor of the payment cards, whereby the complete payment process is performed on the page of the payment system.
16. Policy and conditions for delivery of product and service
This Policy applies to the delivery of products ordered electronically, whereby the products will be delivered via the selected courier mail to the address specified in the order.
