After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Only if there is a problem with the availability of the products, or if there are any on-demand products, our service provider will contact you immediately or at the latest within one to two business days. If the order is made on Friday after 12h, weekend or on holidays, the operator will contact you on the next first business day.

Shipments are downloaded from Apollo's warehouse, every working day, according to Apollo's opening hours.

Apollo's authorized partners from the City of Skopje pick up the shipments themselves. If they are not able to pick up the shipment independently, they inform Apollo of the courier service that will pick up the shipment, with the shipping cost being paid for themselves upon pickup. If the order exceeds 30.000,00 denars the delivery will be taken over by Apollo. Shipping to Apollo Authorized Partners out of the City of Skopje is by self-download or courier service. If the value of the shipment exceeds 12.000,00 denars the delivery will be borne by Apollo. Exceptions are paper-based orders (due to their heavy weight), as well as certain types of IT equipment (due to volume or specific technical features). In such cases, Apollo undertakes to provide the most favorable bid for delivery to the Authorized Partner Buyer. For the delivery to be successful you need to be present at the address indicated for delivery. All products are delivered within the time limit and conditions chosen by the authorized partner when placing an order. The products are supplied with a guarantee (if the product has a guarantee), shipment and invoice. When downloading the products, the Authorized Partner is obliged to check the exact number of products delivered as well as to check for possible transport damage (quantitative and qualitative acceptance). If there is a deviation from the order delivered, ie there is a need for a complaint, the authorized partner should report it immediately to Apollo. The products are replaced under the conditions prescribed by the Law on Consumer Protection. Changes to the delivery rules will be publicly posted on the website www.apollo.mk at least 3 days before they take effect.
